Quintin has stayed very involved with the general aviation community in the Southeast with the founding of the Auburn-Opelika Aviation Association and is an active member of the Aviation Council of Alabama and the General Aviation Alliance of Alabama. Quintin’s areas of knowledge include flight instruction, ground instruction, aircraft ownership, flight school ownership, technical writing, aircraft maintenance, UAS, and aircraft sales. He carries a passion for mentoring young aviators and seeks to better aviation safety by improving the quality of airman education.

Maya has experience instructing at multiple levels in the aviation industry, spanning from teaching professional aircraft dispatchers and airline operations employees, all the way to student pilots working on their ratings. She brings forth experience in the commercial aviation industry, as well as technical knowledge through her graduate degree. She is very passionate about creating a positive space for people entering the aviation industry.

Eric brings a robust business background to the Aspire Aviation team. He has held leadership positions in some of the country's largest companies. He has personally managed multi-million dollar operations with fortune 500 companies.
